Filling the Registration

Video tutorial: Getting the Varification Email

  1. Go to the Registration area by clicking on the registration Button on the User Interface.
  2. Input a Username that is Unique and has not been registered by the System before. A username has been already registered, and the system will provide a warning that the Username has already been registered.
  3. Provide a real and correct email that you have access to or an email that you own or have the right to access so that the system will use this email to communicate with you while using the eID App (HRPP eID App).
  4. Provide a Mobile number that is active and is working as this will be used to send you SMS from the system regarding issues or any elements of your account that needs your quick attention. You can add the Country code for your country in the Phone for example: Samoa would be 0685[Number-of-the-Mobile], 06857433298.
  5. Choose a Good password something that is easy for you to remember the password must have a least One Uppercase Letter ("A or others"), One Lowercase Letter ("a or others"), Numbers ("1234567890") and must be more then 12 Characters in Length. Examples of passwords in the Combination (Sunshine4927Moon, BrightStar1503, Mountain2468Up). Remember to always write down your password in a secure book or diary so that you don't lose it, remember to do this first before you press the register cause if you forget you need to contact support for further instructions on resetting your password.
  6. There is a field called a CAPTCHA this is to help with improving security by preventing automated submissions, you would need to add in the characters as you see above before pressing the registration button.

Video tutorial: When Login in to the system

  1. On your right is the navigation bar this is usually when you see this when you are using a Desktop or laptop, on a Phone you will see a door like icon that when you press on it, it will open the Navigation bar.
  2. On the navigation bar you have your 4 pages, the Home which is the current view that shows you the welcome message and your ID and your Username, email and QR code of your ID. The other pages are Goodwill, Settings, and the Logout button to log out and go back to the login page.
  3. You will notice that you have two traffic light badges on our home page one is for you to check your email and verify and the other is for your registration fee to be send to the following accounts or payment methods provided in the Goodwill page on the Navigation bar on the left side.

Making Payment for Registration

  1. Arriving at the Goodwill page which is the page that you need to get the information to make the payment for your registration.
  2. Here you will need to choose from the categories of payment show above there are only two the Banks option and the Payment Solutions Options.
  3. So choose which one is preferred for you to make the payment.

  1. Once a bank of your choosing is selected information on the account number and account name is shown, use this information to login into your Bank Online Portal and make the transfer to the provided account name and number also not there is a reference text also shown below, make sure this is correctly copied into the Narration, Remarks, Note to Send. For the Account transfer.
  2. If you are sent from and Overseas account to one of the bank accounts, make sure that your bank can transfer to Samoa to one of the banks shown on the list. You will also need to use the SWIFT Code shown when filling in those transfer forms on your bank's online portal.
  3. Use the copy buttons that are denoted as copy icons on the right of each Detail Fields to minimize errors.
  4. Once your registration fee is received the team will check the transfer and verify that it was successful and that your reference Text was visible on the transfer note. The team will be activating your Membership to be a verified member of the App and the HRPP Supporter Family.
  5. Your home page will badge for Status of Member will change from Non-Verified to Verified. And will allow you to enjoy any notification from the HRPP team on any updates to your account of the eID related updates.
  6. We encourage that you complete all the field inputs in your settings page to have better support with regards to better keep your information and Identification well managed. We do have a very strong privacy policy that governance the information that is being provided to the system and we take all steps to ensure that only authorized persons can manage areas of the system to keep secure and protected.

  1. Complete all the field with the best of your knowledge if you have the information this will be very helpful in verifying you at events or function that you will be given access to with your HRPP ID.
  2. Do complete your Village and your Date of Birth. And other relative Authorized IDs that you have on hand.
  3. Once you have finished using the app you can go to the navigation page and then logout this will take you to the Login or auth page where you started.
  4. Also in the settings areas it also provides a privacy feature that you need to activate the eye icons on the right to see the information. Which by the default are masked.

Video tutorial: How to log in to the system

  1. The login page allows you to use your Username that you had registered with on the Registration areas with the password that you had created to login to the system.
  2. Once you have input those fields in you also need to Input the CAPTCHA field by typing in the correct characters shown above. This is to help with security of automated form filling and also ensure that you are human.
  3. In the Auth page that you see above there are a few other features that are noted. There is the support button on the bottom right as a circle like button with icon.
  4. The Language button at the Top of the registration and Login form areas shown here with the characters "EN", there area only two supported Language English (EN) and Samoan (SM), toggling them will change the UI or Interface Language.
  5. The other notable feature is the Night and Day Themes that is right next to the language toggle which is denoted with a Sun like icon here which support the Night (Moon Icon) and the Day (Sun Like Icon.)
  6. Has the unmask feature to view if you have typed in the correct password.
